What you get

✦ Commissions are digital and for PERSONAL USE ONLY
✦ You will receive the artwork in its respective file format via the email you provide on the order form
✦ You are not allowed to use my work for NFTs, merchandise, AI training, or sell to third parties
✦ You DO have the right to post (with credit), use as pfp, and print out yourself
✦ I reserve the right to post the commission and add it to my portfolio
✦ For stream assets, pls make an artist or emote command directing viewers to either my twitch or twitter (both @jooeuney)
✦ On twitch, please attribute any emotes made by me to @jooeuney when uploading them to a slot

Process

✦ I will need up to 2 weeks to finish your commission once i accept it
✦ Under very special circumstances, I will let you know if I need more than 2 weeks and continue to update you
✦ References will be requested on the order form but you can send more as we communicate
✦ Communication will be held over either Twitter DMs or email (the option to choose is on the form)
✦ I will send a sketch to verify before lining and coloring
✦ I would appreciate it if no big changes are made after the sketch phase, so please be an extensive as you would like during the beginning stages of your commission!
✦ I will send updates throughout the process

Payment / refunds

✦ I will require half the payment upfront as security via paypal @jooeuney
✦ I will only start working on the order once I have received the first payment
✦ After you approve of the final piece, I will send the files once I receive the 2nd half of your total
✦ Refunds will only be accepted if you cancel your request before I let you know I have started on your order
✦ All transactions of goods and services are final once i start on the piece
✦ If there is a long waitlist and you'd like your order to be priority, it will cost 10% of your total times the # of unhighlighted people before you on the queue sheet
